These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your participation in the Make Your Bold Move coaching program (“Program”) facilitated by Rigel Jones and Upgrade You Academy Inc. By enrolling in this Program, you agree to the following:

1. Payment Terms

The Program operates on a sliding scale model to support financial accessibility.
You may choose from the following three tiers:

Tier 1 - $700 CAD

Tier 2 - $1,000 CAD

Tier 3 - $1,200 CAD

Each tier reflects different levels of financial access and privilege. You may choose the tier that feels most aligned with your current situation.

Payments can be made in full, or via payment plans. If using a plan, you agree to complete all scheduled payments in full, regardless of participation level.

This is not a subscription or membership that can be canceled. It is a financial commitment to the full program.

2. No Refund Policy

All payments are non-refundable. We intentionally keep this container small, and your commitment secures your spot.

In extreme circumstances (e.g., serios illness, personal emergency, etc.), please reach out to [email protected] to discuss options.

Compassion is a core value of our work - but so is honouring your commitment.

3. Program Access & Participation

You will receive access to coaching calls, private community, and other Program materials as outlined on the sales page or in onboarding.

Your full presence and participation are encouraged, but ultimately your growth is your responsibility.

We reserve the right to remove participants who are disrespectful, abusive, or harmful to the community, without refund.

4. Intellectual Property

All program materials, videos, exercises, and coaching frameworks are owned by Rigel Jones and Upgrade You Academy Inc. You may not share, reproduce, or repurpose them without written permission.

5. Confidentiality

We are committed to maintaining a safe space. What is shared in the cohort stays in the cohort. Participants are expected to respect one another's privacy and vulnerability at all times.
